In just one week, women and our allies in the struggle for equality will take the streets of Los Angeles for a march and rally to Stop Violence Against Women Everywhere! It’s not too late to get involved!
On March 8th and 9th, in celebration of International Women's Day, women and our allies across the United States and around the world will take to the streets demanding an end to violence against women.
Join us for an important volunteer meeting this Saturday, March 2, at 12 noon.
This meeting will be a great opportunity to connect with other activists and organizers and find out how you can help build the movement to defend women’s rights in Los Angeles. Come, bring your friends and join us for street outreach after the meeting.
Pick up materials: stickers, posters and flyers – help us spread the word!
If you can't make it to the meeting, you can still help build this march. We have stickers, flyers and posters available: everything you need to form your own outreach team and spread the word in your area! Let us know if you’d like to stop by and pick some up. You can also download flyers to print.
Together, we are building a powerful new movement to fight for equality for all! Let’s keep building momentum, and together we can make this march a great one!
Please take a moment to share this message, make a donation if you can, and get involved. Every one of us can take action and make a difference in building this new movement against violence and in support of women’s rights.
Get involved!
